  • What services do you offer in Appliances?

    Housejoy provides a variety of services, ranging from refrigerators to geysers. However, do note that the availability of our services vary from city to city. Hence, we request you to go through the rate card prior to booking a service and skip those services not mentioned on the city specific rate card.
  • What is the turnaround time for items procured by you for Appliances Repair?

    It depends on the availability of spare part. If available or if it can be procured immediately, the part is delivered within 72 Hours. In case of a delay in availability, you will be intimated within 48 Hours.
  • What is the approximate break-up of your charges?

    After inspection, a quote is provided to you. Owing to the variations in services offered across different cities, it is not possible for us to share the cost upfront, without one of our service provider inspecting the device first.
  • Tell me about your service centers.

    While our service centers are spread throughout the city, we are not authorized to share their locations. What we can tell you is that all our Service Providers are mobile and travel throughout the day for multiple jobs.
  • Do you provide material and/or service warranty?

    Warranty or guarantee on parts are offered as described on the material’s bill. Please insist on a material bill from the service provider, in case of external material charges. Regarding service, there is a 30 days warranty, such that if a problem of the same nature reoccurs, our services will be free of cost.
