    We deliver in 5 cities across India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai
  • Can I pay later for my order ?

    Your order will be confirmed only after you make the payment. So please make sure that after placing the order you make the payment immediately through the app or the link sent to you over email.
  • What are the different types of flowers available ?

    Right now we deliver only Fresh Red Roses in bunches of 10, 20, 50 and 100.
  • What are the different gift combo options available ?

    You can select a combo of Flowers with Teddy, Dairy Milk, Cadbury Celebration or Ferrero Rocher. Please check the Flower Combos line item for all available combos.
  • Will the receiver get any communication before the order is delivered ?

    No, the receiver will not receive any communication before the order is delivered. However please ensure that you do not enter the receiver’s number in the address field.
  • Do you have any delivery charges ?

    No, there is no additional delivery charge.
  • Can I choose a specific deliver time ?

    You can choose a time slot for delivery and we will ensure that the delivery happens within the time slot.
  • How do I track my order status ?

    You can check the status on the app or reach our customer care number 1860-123-4569 for an update. Alternatively status update will also be communicated over email.
  • Can I get delivery agent's number ?

    Unfortunately we cannot give the delivery agent's number. However be assured your order will be delivered on the scheduled day.
