Will Relationship Manager be the single point of contact for me for all the services?
Yes, he will help to get your services delivered.
Will I incur any charges if I don't avail service ?
One time inspection charge of Rs. 250/- will be applicable, if service is not availed.
Can we purchase the materials involved for the job from our end?
Yes, and for that particular job you will be only charged for the installations.
How does the Payment work for Housejoy Assist Services?
You will be provided with a final payment link after the completion of all jobs through which you can pay by Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards and Wallets. The amount shown will be for the services part of the payments. Any material procured will have to be settled during the service.
Does Housejoy undertake any additional Masonry Work/ False Ceiling/ Facade Cleaning/ Tiling work / aluminum fabrication?
Currently we don’t, but if we start this in the future, we will update details here as well.
What is the consultation mentioned in the service?
After the selection of the service, the dedicated relationship manager will get the inspection carried out and will consult with you on what needs to be done. Any other query of yours before/during/post completion will also get addressed by the relationship manager.
What would be the TAT for the services?
Before beginning the work, the approximate TAT for the services will be informed to you. We will try to fulfill the job within the communicated TAT, but for the sake of better quality delivery, the TAT may vary.
What Would be the validity of Quotation?
Quotation is valid for 7 days from issuance, post which a fresh quotation will have to be raised.
